Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Staff – Part-Time.

Location: The Naturist Foundation, Brocken Hurst, Sheepcote Lane, Orpington, Kent, BR5 4ET.

Reports to: The Trustees

Summary Description: We are looking for a grounds maintenance staff to help maintain our 50 acre site. As Grounds Maintenance Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our site’s facilities, ensuring a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment for our visitors and associate members

Key Responsibilities:  Reactive and planned preventative maintenance.

Health and safety checks including (but not limited to) pool and water testing, legionnaires, fire safety and equipment/plant.

Maintenance of the grounds including grass and hedge cutting.

Maintenance of all toilet and shower facilities and other buildings throughout the site.

Skills: The successful candidate will be confident in plumbing, decorating, gardening and general maintenance.

You will need to be able to work as part of a team but also on your own with good initiative.

Personal qualities: Friendly, approachable and professional demeanour.  Comfortable working in a naturist environment and respectful of naturist values.

Other Requirements: Flexibility to work weekends and Bank Holidays.

Hours of work: Three days per week. Thursday to Saturday, 8.00am to 5.00pm with a one hour unpaid lunch break.

Benefits: Hourly Rate: £13.00ph

Statutory Annual leave of 5.6 Weeks pro rata inclusive of bank holidays.

Training and uniform provided.
